Typestyle and Layout
The standard typestyle for imprints is New Century Schoolbook and the format is as shown. Any changes in typestyle, type size or format is $6 additional per item. If there is more than one imprint set-up on an order, there will be an extra $15 for each additional plate used.

Company Logo/Signatures
Your company logo or signatures can be added to any product for only $25 per item. Please mail clean, black-and-white artwork or upload your artwork here. Please click here to see our art specifications.

The display of certain trademarks, logos, and designs (collectively, the "logos") in this catalog does not imply that Thayer Publishing has the right to sell such products to any person other than the persons authorized or licensed by the respective owner of the respective logos. By placing an order for any product(s) bearing any logo, the customer represents and warrants that the customer is the owner, licensee, or authorized user of the requested logo(s). Special Ink Colors
Card personalization is printed in the same color as the verse. All calendars are printed in black ink (with the exception of pocket planners and easel desk calendars which are printed in gold foil). The ink color may be changed to any other standard ink color for $15 per item or special ink color for $35 per color per item. 2-color printing is available, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-257-8276 for more information.

Custom or Alternate Verses
Cards that are available with Custom or Spanish verses are labeled next to the item. Item numbers for Custom verse cards end in a "V" and Spanish verse cards end in "S". Custom verse cards have a $35 setup fee. Spanish verse cards are available at no additional charge.

Proofs
A fax proof for type and layout is available upon request for $15 per item.

Over/Underruns
All calendars are subject to a 5% over/underrun.

Mailing Requirements
Cordial Greetings desk calendars are approved for mailing by the United States Postal Service. Additional inserts may cause the mail piece to exceed letter-size thickness. Consequently, you may be required to pay a nonstandard surcharge for pieces mailed at First-Class mail rates.

Credit card is required on internet orders. We accept all major credit cards.


Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that your product will be personalized as requested and free of defects or we will replace, exchange or refund your order within 30 days. (Shipping charges are excluded.)

Cancel Order
Due to our fast turnaround, orders many only be cancelled within 24 hours of when the order is placed online. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-257-8276 to cancel or change your order.

Production Time
All greeting cards, desk and appointment calendars ship within 3 working days from the time the order is received. Pocket planners, easel desk calendars and all gift items require additional production time. Please refer to the ordering page for each item.

Delivery to Canada
The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the Cordial Greetings Shipping Charges. Please allow for additional shipping time for your order.
