When will my order be shipped?
Once we receive your order, it takes about 4 business days for processing and production of all Cordial Greetings cards, desk and wall calendars. Blank items may ship more quickly. Pocket planners, easel desk calendars and gift items have longer production times; see the ordering page for each item for specific schedules. Most products ship ground from MN which takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping may be upgraded to Second Day or Next Day air; please see the Shipping chart for prices.
Can I get my company logo printed on the cards and calendars?
Yes, logos may be added to the personalization for an additional $25 per item. Please see the Artwork section for exact specifications on submitting logos.
What is the logo charge for?
The logo charge is a charge to scan, size and store your artwork. Your logo will then be kept in an electronic file for easy reordering. Reorders including a logo will be charged the discounted rate of $10 per item.
What typestyle will my imprint be in?
Cordial Greetings uses New Century Schoolbook upper and lower case font for personalization on all imprinted items. Other typestyles are available; please contact Customer Service at 1-800-257-8276 or email us at customerservice@cordialgreetings.com. Verses are printed in a variety of typestyles.
What should I print on my cards and calendars?
The most common choice for card and calendar personalization is your company name. You can also add the names of your staff, your company slogan or logo. All Cordial Greetings products include up to 4 lines available for imprint. Your calendars, since they are seen year round can include advertising information such as address, phone, fax and website information, hours and type of services you offer.
Can I take advantage of Bulk Mail rates?
Yes, if you are mailing more than 200 pieces. We’re experts in direct mail and can offer solutions to your mailing questions! Many customers choose to have us print their bulk rate indicia as well as their return address on the envelopes. Call us at 1-800-257-8276 if you’re interested in other mail services such as folding, inserting or ink jet addressing. Cordial Greetings can do it all.
What if my order is wrong?
Cordial Greetings works hard to ensure that every order is shipped correctly. If your order should arrive with an error, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-257-8276 and we will make every effort to help correct the problem.
Why does my credit card statement reference "Thayer"? If paying by credit card, the company name "Thayer" will appear on your credit card statement. Thayer Publishing is the parent company of Cordial Greetings & Business Celebrations and all invoices are billed through them.
Can I customize my cards and calendars?
A selection of holiday cards are available to have a custom verses printed. You can write your own verse or choose one from another card for a nominal fee of $35 per order. Non-holiday cards are preprinted with verses and are not available for customization. Custom desk and wall calendars are available with a 1000 quantity minimum. Please contact customer service for guidelines and pricing. All custom orders should be placed by faxing, calling or mailing your order to the main office.
